  and applies the halofitting routine; without initialization files computeModPk.cpp
• Improved linear pert solver code, used in arXiv:1303.6630: Sig8z.cpp.
  Without initialization file, but now needs only a single initialization file and uses linear theory to find time derivative of the density perturbation.

N-body code-base, described in J. Khoury and M. Wyman, arXiv:0903.1292 and arXiv:1004.2046, as well as in arXiv:1303.6630.
